Soda Lakes Condominiums are located in beautiful Morrison Colorado along the front range foothills. Our community enjoys the convenience of easy access to both our gorgeous Colorado mountains and the hustle and bustle of Denver. We take pride in our community and work to live in a neighborhood that is considered by both residents and non-residents to be a desirable place to live, work, and play. 
 

Soda Lakes is being self managed and oversees day to day functions on the property and vendor relations.  Your board of volunteer Directors is looking after the overall wellbeing of the community and compliance with the established rules and guidelines by our governing docs.
                                               
Balanced Bookkeeping, Inc. is our contracted accounting firm. They should only be contacted in regard to homeowner dues, late fees, assessments, auto pay, or other financial concerns.
